Dishwasher Leak in Citrus Heights

Dishwashers are great when they do what they are built to do.  But that was not the case with this one. A Citrus Heights homeowner called us when they discovered that the dishwasher leaked, flooding their kitchen. The damage was pretty extensive and ruined part of their flooring.  You can see the water damage on the flooring pieces. 

First, we assessed the situation and developed a drying plan. We removed the dishwasher and damaged flooring and brought in drying equipment to remove all of the moisture.  Now with the kitchen dry, the homeowners can get back to using their kitchen to cook their favorite recipes.
